Research: Line managers and sustainable employee engagement

Funded by the HSE, CIPD, IIP and the Affinity Health at Work Research Consortium, this research brings together our previous work on management competencies for enhancing engagement and management competencies for preventing and reducing stress at work. The outcome is a behavioural framework setting out what managers need to do to engender engagement in their team, while at the same time preventing stress/protecting wellbeing - thereby creating sustainable employee engagement.
